1. BOOKING COURSES
The completed Booking Form should be sent by fax or post to the address: itfutures, Suite 5, Level 1 , 424 St Kilda Road, VIC, 3004, Melbourne (fax: 03 9866 7767). Upon receiving these completed, signed documents we will acknowledge receipt and course booking, the contract will be accepted and shall become binding.
2. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is due from the Customer at least 7 days prior to the start date of the course.
Accepted payment methods are: cheque, credit card or bank transfer,(credit card payments incur a 2% surcharge). Information about the intended payment method should accompany the Booking Form.
3. COURSE FEES
Fees include tuition, training materials and dedicated technical environment, depending on the course description.
Advertised fees are GST exempt unless otherwise stated. If a course is not GST exempt, the current rates of payment will be the Customer's responsibility.
4. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
Cancellations made by the Customer must be in writing and at least 5 working days prior to course commencement. Such cancellations will incur a 50% cancellation fee. The full course fee will be forfeited if cancellation is received on the day of course commencement.
Instead of rescheduling a course, the Customer may exchange a Delegate without additional cost as long as the exchanged Delegate meets the course pre-requisites.
We reserve the right to cancel a course but will try to minimise disruption if in Our discretion it is practical.
5. DELEGATE PREPARATION
Delegates should be aware of course pre-requisites and materials in preparation for the course.
Delegates shall act reasonably on the course and abide by all security and safety measures at the training location. We may remove a Delegate from a course where they behave unreasonably.
6. GENERAL
All course dates and times and fees are subject to change without prior notice. Packaged courses must be completed in their entirety once commenced.
7. OUR PLEDGE:
Any Delegate can re-take the course free of charge provided that:
(a) Delegates must advise trainer either during or immediately after the course, provide feedback on the course critique sheet and request a free course re-take.
(b) Free course re-take is only applicable to the same Delegate attending the same course within 4 months of the original course date. Dates are subject to availability.
(c) Delegates are required to bring their original course materials for use during the course re-take
